“I found Macks bike shop online after looking at some frames I was interested in buying. I called and they were attentive and responded immediately by sending me pictures of in stock builds/frames and URLs to information. I drove 2.5 hrs to their shop where after wandering around admiring their inventory I was approached and given undivided attention in regards to looking at inventory, answering questions, making suggestions, provided feedback based on bikes they had experience riding.
