Service Department


The deposit is the minimum service charge. It applies directly to your work order! Parts are in addition to labor rates.

GENERAL BICYCLE TUNE-UP'S ARE $169 ( ANALOG OR NON-TRI SPECIFIC) 

ELECTRIC BIKE TUNE-UP'S ARE AVAILABLE FOR APPROVED BRANDS SUCH AS (Specialized, Electra, Giant, Pinarello, BMC, Cannondale ) 

Mack Cycle experiences extremely high demand for new bikes and service. We are able to service a limited number of repairs per day. We're currently servicing bikes that were purchased at Mack Cycle / Brands that we sell. We know you love your bike! We have many service options to bring her back to glory.

Service is scheduled online “by appointment”. 
All bikes/service items MUST be picked up within 7 days of completion to avoid paying for storage. Bikes left 31 days are considered abandoned. At this point your bike becomes property of Mack Cycle.
