Online Orders & Shipping Policies
Payment Information
We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amazon Pay, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and PayPal as forms of payment. If an order is canceled after being placed, the authorization will appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email see your "Junk" or "Spam" folder - it may have landed there by accident; otherwise, send us an email at orders@mackcycleandfitness.com , we'll re-send your order confirmation.
Order Status
When you place an order with us, you will receive a link to track your order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).
Closeout Items
Many items on sale from Mack Cycle and Fitness are reduced by 20% or more from the MSRP. If an item is sold at a reduced sale price of 20% or more, it is sold "as is". Great deals on bikes are a result of the bike being a non-current year bike and may have blemishes. Specifications may change on bikes that are closeouts and priced 20% or more below the original msrp.
Import Duties
Customers who order with shipping outside of the United States are responsible for any import fees, duties, taxes, etc. levied by your country’s UPS, FEDEX, or post office.
Assembly
Bicycles with pre-assembly are fully assembled and adjusted by our technicians before shipment. Certain components (wheels, seat posts, pedals, handlebars) are disassembled for transport. The customer must assemble these after receipt of the bicycle, and deraileurs should be adjusted prior to riding.
We recommend having all bicycles assembled and serviced by skilled professionals with the necessary experience, tools and equipment. We further recommend following all manufacturer’s user manuals when assembling, using, maintaining, and servicing such products. FAILURE TO PROPERLY ASSEMBLE, USE, MAINTAIN OR SERVICE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THE SITE MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURIES OR DEATH TO YOU AND/OR THIRD PARTIES AS WELL AS EXTENSIVE PROPERTY DAMAGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CLAIMS OR LOSSES ARISING FROM ASSEMBLY, USE, MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THE SITE OR OTHERWISE FROM MIKE’S BIKES BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY. THE FOREGOING EXPRESSLY INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ASSEMBLY, MAINTENANCE, OR SERVICE PROVIDED BY A SERVICE PROVIDER RECOMMENDED OR APPROVED BY US. Backorders
Occasionally, items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this occurs, we will contact you with options. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.
Coupons
Promotional coupon codes are valid towards apparel and accessories but coupon codes (many of which are already heavily discounted) are not eligible towards bicycles.
Shipping
Orders usually ship one business day after being placed.
U.S. Shipping
- A flat rate of $7.99 will be applied to orders with items sub-totaling less than $100.
- Free shipping on non-bike orders over $100.
- Free shipping does not apply to oversize items. (shipping weight of 15lbs or more)
- Expedited shipping (i.e. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) rates only apply to non-bike items. We can only ship bikes expedited after confirming the final expedited shipping rate on phone, e-mail, or chat.
- Bikes can only be shipped in the contiguous U.S. Bikes cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
- Shipped bikes require final assembl. To comply with manufacturer warranties, customer must bring bike to a local bike store to complete assembly. Each local store will charge their standard assembly fee. This assembly fee is the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Mack Cycle.
Oversize Items
- Oversized items like bicycles that weigh 20lbs and above, shipping and handling charges are $150 in most cases.
- Over-size orders typically ship UPS or FedEx.
- Bikes discounted 20% off or more compared to the MSRP (I.e. a bike that retails for $1,000 and is on sale for $800 or less) is often a bike assembled on the showroom floor and may have blemishes (minor scratches) which are factored into the great sales price.
International Shipping
For customers living outside of the United States, we recommend setting up a freight forwarding account with a U.S. based freight forwarder. Mack Cycle and Fitness can ship to freight forwarding addresses and the customer can arrange to have those packages forwarded to a non U.S. address. Many customers reserve a dedicated credit card for purchases that ship to a freight forwarder (having your freight forwarder address on file with the credit card company will minimize delays since customer addresses would be verified right away).
Customers outside of the United States with orders shipping outside of the United States are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and other fees that your postal carrier may charge to complete delivery.
In-Store Pickup
Orders requesting in-store pickup will be notified (phone, email, or text) when the item is ready (typically <24 hours). Unless special arrangements are made in advance, in-store pickup orders must be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order! With exceptions (see below), if you're not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price less the original shipping fees. Discounted products may have a re-stocking fee. Returns can be shipped to:

Restocking fees apply on most products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Exceptions and clarifications:
- Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
- Mack Cycle and Fitness cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).
Returns can be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS (we do not accept CODs). Mack Cycle will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise when an item is returned that is not usable.
Refunded shipping costs do not apply to minor damages that occur during shipping (i.e. bent derailleur hangers, etc.). ALL deraileurs should be professionally adjusted before riding. Minor damages on bikes (i.e. bent derailleur hangers) can be easily repaired at your local bike shop. Major damages should be brought to our attention and will be subject to possible re-embursement upon receiving email with receipt showing cost of replacement part etc. In this instance photos of all sides of the box used for shipment will be required.
Returned merchandise that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., upgraded wheels.). Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 24 to 48 hours.
