When you check out, there will be an "Additional Notes" section. Please type their first and last name in that box so we know you bought stickers for them to participate. If you don't, we won't know that you purchased for them which means their submissions won't be counted.

Stickers will be mailed in an envelope using a stamp. If you are located outside of the U.S., we will use a Global Forever stamp on the envelop so it can reach your destination.

Yes, you can pick up your sticker from the shop by choosing the "Pick Up" option when you check out. You will receive an email notification when the stickers are at the shop ready for pick up. 

Stickers are mailed via USPS mail. Depending on where you are located, it will take 5-7 business days to arrive to an U.S. address or 1-2 weeks if outside of the U.S.

Yes, anyone in the world can participate! Currently, we are only shipping out prizes within the United States. If you win a prize and are located outside of the United States, you will need to provide a U.S. address to ship within the country.

Yes. At least for the entire month of July as you submit activities. Private account won't show the data we need to confirm your activity therefore we won't be able to count them. You can switch your profile back to private after the event is over.

A qualifying ride activity is an outdoor, indoor/trainer, stationary bike (for example a peloton) ride that is completed between 0:00AM July 1st 2022 to 11:59AM July 31st 2022, uploaded to your public Strava account, with hashtags #MackCycle and #MackMiles in the description or title.

If you submit a ride activity without the hashtags #MackCycle and #MackCycle, the activity will not count toward the leaderboard. You can edit your activity to fix the hashtags and resubmit your activity for review.

All prizes will ship out by the second week of August.

All activities must be submitted by July 31st 11:59PM Eastern. Any rides that are submitted after that date and time will not be counted.

We recommend you submit your qualifying ride activities as soon as you upload it to Strava so you don't forget. As long as you submit them weekly before each July Thursday 11:59PM Eastern, it will be shown on the weekly Friday Leaderboard update. 

You can submit as many qualifying ride activities as you like in the month of July.

Activities that were uploaded manually via the "Manual Activity" option on Strava will not count. They must be uploaded directly from your smart device i.e. smart watch, smart trainer, smart phone, peloton, smart stationary bike or fitness tracker.

There is no minimum or maximum amount of miles per activity.

Yes, you can upload multple rides in one day. For example, a workout ride, a bike commute and a Peloton ride that is completed in one day can all be submitted.

The leaderboards will be updated weekly on each Friday so July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd and July 29th. The final leaderboard will be posted August 2nd with the final standings. We will email each week the updated leaderboard to the email you purchased the Mack Miles sticker(s) with.
