The Cervelo Rouvida SRAM Rival AXS 12 Speed Electric Road Bike gets you to fast, well, faster. Sleekly designed around the Fazua Ride60 motor, the Cervelo Rouvida E-Road Bike delivers 60nM of torque paired to a 430wH battery, and assists you all the way up to 28mph—pro peloton speeds on the road, and edge-of-control-two-wheel-drifts off-road. That’s right, Cervelo Rouvida SRAM Rival AXS E-Road Bike comes in two configurations: road and gravel. Cervelo designed some clever interchangeable dropouts that significantly alter the geometry of the bike, so the road bike feels like a road bike, and the gravel bike feels like a gravel bike. No compromises, just speed.


DOING MORE SO YOU CAN DO MORE


Cervelo knew there was interest in both gravel and road performance e-bikes, so Cervelo designed dropouts that make one frame do double duty. A world away from your typical ‘flip chip,’ these interchangeable dropouts have the effect of rotating the entire frame to achieve the fit and handling you expect from a Cervélo road bike, and from a Cervélo gravel bike. When changing inserts, there is also a firmware update that needs to take place, and this service must be performed by your local Cervélo retailer.


CLASSIC CERVÉLO


While the design brief didn’t actually say, ‘Don’t make it look like an e-bike,’ it was definitely at the forefront of our thoughts throughout the process. Cervelo bikes are refined, design-forward performance machines. The addition of a motor and battery couldn’t change that. From the reorientation of the battery to the relocation of the speed sensor, Cervelo made every effort to ensure that Rouvida meant Cervélo just as much as S5 or Áspero do.

Fazua’s latest offering, the Ride60, has already received accolades for its ability to blend seamlessly with your pedaling input to deliver a ride that feels like an analog bike, just with a lot more oomph.

Cervelo considered every angle, and the result is a bike that looks right at home alongside any of Cervelo's aero models. Reorienting the battery from the standard implementation saved 25g in the wind tunnel, the Road Control puts power and assist control in a natural location in the handlebar’s drop, and an indicator panel on top tube includes a USB charging port for lights or accessories.

Order Processing and Shipping

Some Specialized, Sun Bicycles, and Pinarello Bikes (current year) can only be picked up at our local store in Miami (5995 Sunset Drive, Miami, FL 33143).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover (as well as PayPal, ShopPay (Affirm), and Apple Pay) as forms of payment. Once your order is placed, the payment method is charged immediately and we do aim on shipping most orders within 24 business hours.

Orders usually ship within one business day after being placed.

U.S. Shipping

  • A flat rate of $4.95 will be applied to orders with items subtotaling less than $100.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 (for orders less than 10lbs).
  • Free shipping does not apply to orders that have a combined weight of 10lbs or more. (shipping weight of 10lbs or more)
  • Bikes can only be shipped in the continental U.S. Bikes cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
  • All bikes that are shipped will require assembly that your local bike store will most likely charge an assembly fee for. It is highly recommended to bring your bike to your local authorized mechanic to assemble your bike to avoid your warranty from being voided. Assembly fees will vary by your local store.
  • Bikes that are on sale for 20% off or more compared to the MSRP (I.e. a bike that retails for $1,000 and is on sale for $800 or less) is often a bike assembled on the showroom floor and May have blemishes (minor scratches) which are factored into the great sales price .

Oversize Items

  • For most oversized items like bicycles that weigh 15lbs and above, the shipping and handling charges are:
    • $149.99 for adult bikes (and some 26" bikes) priced up to $3,000
    • $199.99 for 26" and 29" SE Bikes
    • $199.99 for E-bikes (Electric Bikes)
    • $49.99 for kid's bikes that are 12" and 16"
    • $79.99 for kid's bikes that are 20" and 24"
  • Oversized orders will typically ship using UPS or FedEx.

  • Indoor bikes (i.e. Stages SB20 and Wahoo Kickr) are considered overweight items by UPS and FedEx and cannot ship with regular UPS or FedEx Ground because they have a high probability of getting damaged. These indoor bikes are only eligible for pick up at our Miami store.

If you wish to cancel your order after we charge your payment method, please contact us by phone at 305-661-8363 or email at orders@mackcycleandfitness.com and we will refund your payment method asap provided that your order has not yet shipped.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email at orders@mackcycleandfitness.com and we'll resend an order confirmation to your email immediately.

Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled or changed on the same calendar day they are placed, after which they are subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

Order Status

When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order! With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less the original shipping fees. Returns can be shipped to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable. Here are the exceptions and clarifications:

  • Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
  • Mack Cycle and Fitness cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).
    • Refunded shipping costs do not apply to minor damages that occur during shipping (i.e. bent derailleur hangers, etc.). Minor damages on bikes like bent derailleur hangers can be easily repaired at your local bike shop. Mack Cycle will re-imburse cost of damaged derailleur hangers, etc. upon receiving email with receipt showing cost of replacement part.

Returns can be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom-built wheels.). Once we receive your return, we do aim to process it within 24 to 48 hours.
