Official Rules for Mack Cycle Foundation's Best Buddies International Raffle

1. Eligibility: This raffle is open to residents of the United States aged 18 & older.
2. Charitable Purpose: Proceeds from this raffle will go to Best Buddies International is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This is done through the Mack Cycle Foundation and the Best Buddies Challenge. 
3. Prizes: The prize consists of the Pinarello X3 Sram Rival Speed Disc Road Bike valued at $5,200.  The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted for any other item.

4. Bike Size:43cm through 60cm ( contact us for sizing questions). Pinarello bikes fit LARGER than many other brands as they are measured differently.

5. Shipping Option: If the winner requests packing and shipping of the prize to a location within the continental United States, Mack Cycle & Fitness will arrange for this service at the winner’s expense. Shipping and handling is $199 within the Contintental United States. Additional fees may apply based on the shipping destination and handling requirements.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on  . The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the raffle drawing. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Limitations: Mack Cycle & Fitness is not responsible for any technical errors or lost entries. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and release Mack Cycle & Fitness and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center from any liability.
8. Taxes and Fees: The winner is responsible for any applicable sales taxes or fees associated with the prize. No portion of the entry fee or suggested donation is tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.
9. Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to allow Mack Cycle & Fitness to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Governing Law: This raffle is subject to the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Florida law.
11. Shipping & Handling: If the winner needs the bike shipped within the continental United States Shipping and handling is $199.
12. Bike Color: Bike color will vary depending on size/availability. The winning bike will either be red or black. There is no color guarantee.
