Bike Shipping

How It Works

  • Upon arrival your bicycle is unpacked and assembled by certified Mack Cycle mechanics
  • Mack Cycle's mechanics perform a bike inspection, fine tuning the gears and making minor adjustments as needed
  • On race day your bicycle is transported to the Miami Race site
  • Afterwards your bicycle is transported back to Mack Cycle
  • Mack Cycle will repack and process your bike shipment back to you
*Shipping fees not included. Bike must arrive 3-5 days before event and athletes must include return shipping label in box.
