The one-to-one Process

Phase 1

RIDER ASSESSMENT/CURRENT SADDLE PRESSURE DATA
• Relevant info about you, & your current bike setup / saddle position is gathered through a simple questionnaire.
• Pressure data is captured on your current bike/saddle setup in all relevant riding positions. (hoods, drops etc).
• Saddle mapping service is $100 ( separate from chosen fizik saddle)
Phase 2

SADDLE SHAPE SELECTION /BASELINE PRESSURE DATA
• Fizik/GebioMized algorithm finds your suitable saddle shape from the Fizik range using your info/measurements.
• Pressure data is re-captured using the recommended saddle shape in all relevant riding positions. Mounting recommendations are provided. The new measurements on this saddle shape are used as the baseline to create your custom 3D-printed padding structure.
Phase 3

SADDLE CONFIGURATION/ ORDER PLACEMENT
• You now select the exact saddle configuration (carbon or Kium rails) to finalize your order.
• The order is automatically sent to fizik where it's processed to create a custom saddle & shipped to the chosen address.
• Prices range from $499-$599 for your custom 3D printed Adaptive Fizik saddle.
Phase 3

FINAL CHECK
• After the new One-to-One saddle arrives, we mount it on your bike.
• You can return to Mack Cycle for a final session where pressure data will be captured on the new saddle for comparison to the initial saddle setup, highlighting the improved parameters.
