Official Rules for Mack Cycle Foundation’s Best Buddies International / Sylvester Cancer Center Raffle
- Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents aged 18 & older.
- Charitable Purpose: Proceeds benefit Sylvester Cancer Center and Best Buddies International (a 501(c)(3) fostering friendships, jobs, and leadership for people with IDD) via the Mack Cycle Foundation and the Best Buddies Challenge.
- Prizes: Giant TCR Advanced Pro 0 Di2 Road Bike ($7,000 MSRP) Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions.
- Bike Size: XS through XL (contact us for sizing).
- Shipping Option: Packing & shipping within the continental U.S. available at winner’s expense. Shipping & handling is $199. Additional carrier/handling fees may apply.
- Winner Selection & Notification: One winner will be drawn at random on December 31, 2025 and notified by email or phone within 5 business days. If no response within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Limitations: Mack Cycle & Fitness is not responsible for technical errors or lost entries. By entering, participants agree to these rules and release Mack Cycle & Fitness, Best Buddies International, and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center from liability.
- Taxes & Fees: Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes/fees. Entry fees/suggested donations are not tax-deductible.
- Publicity: Winner agrees Mack Cycle & Fitness may use name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
