Official Rules for Mack Cycle Foundation's Sylvester Cancer Center Raffle 

1. Eligibility: This raffle is open to residents of the United States aged 18 & older.
2. Charitable Purpose: All proceeds from this raffle will go directly to Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center to support their ongoing research and programs in cancer treatment and prevention. This is done through the Mack Cycle Foundation and the Dolphin's Cancer Challenge Organization. 
3. Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter. Suggested donations can be made as indicated on MackCycle.com.
4. Prizes: The prize consists of the Momentum Voya E +3 Electric Active E-Bike valued at $2,000. The winner may not request changes to the color, size, or style of the item. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted for any other item.
5. Bike Size - one size ( contact us for sizing questions).
6. Shipping Option: If the winner requests packing and shipping of the prize to a location within the continental United States, Mack Cycle & Fitness will arrange for this service at the winner’s expense. Additional fees will apply based on the shipping destination and handling requirements.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on March 18th, 2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the raffle drawing. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Limitations: Mack Cycle & Fitness is not responsible for any technical errors or lost entries. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and release Mack Cycle & Fitness and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center from any liability.
9. Taxes and Fees: The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the prize. No portion of the entry fee or suggested donation is tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.
10. Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees to allow Mack Cycle & Fitness and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. Governing Law: This raffle is subject to the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Florida law.
12. Shipping & Handling: If the winner needs the bike shipped within the continental United States packing is $135 & Shipping with insurance may be $150 or more.
